Enter your name
Enter your email address

Incoming & Outgoing mailserver names:  mail.excell.net
Next
Enter your user name (your full email address, lower case)
Next
Enter your full email address
Next
Verify your information is correct
Finish 

To check settings
Edit
Mail &Newsgroup Account Settings
Outgoing Mailserver
Server name: mail.excell.net
Check the box for "Use name and password"
Be sure your full email address is entered for the User Name
Enter your full email address
Ok

You are now setup to send and receive email
