Outgoing mailserver: mail.excell.net
Enter your account name (full email address, all lower case)
Enter your password (case sensitive)
Check box to remember password
Finish
Open Outlook Express
Tools
Accounts
Mail
Highlight your email account
Properties
Servers
Check the box for My outgoing mailserver requires authentication
Settings
Use same settings as incoming mailserver
Ok
Ok
Close

You are now setup to send and receive email
