Excell.Net primary technical support (after an account is initially established) is by email.
Establishing an account with Excell.Net includes technical support, by telephone, to configure one computer for email and logon. Additional telephone support may be provided at Excell.Net's discretion.
Excell.Net has established this website to provide some guidance on common problems. If you have a problem, and either can't access this website, or the information does not provide a resolution to your problem, please send us e-mail. If you can't send email, then please call us. (413) 599-0399
Telephone support will commonly be provided on a callback basis. If you need telephone support, please provide (in your email or phone message request) the problem symptom, a phone number to call you, and some times you expect to be available.
Excell.Net will refer clients, with hardware or software problems, to a local business that can perform further problem determination and resolution.
Excell.Net offers online training to customers with our affiliation with DPEC.
