Establishing an account with Excell.Net includes technical support, by telephone, to configure your email accounts and to configure your FTP and/or WordPress login. Additional telephone support may be provided at Excell.Net’s discretion.
Excell.Net has established this website to provide some guidance on common problems. If you have a problem, and either can’t access this website, or the information does not provide a resolution to your problem, please send us e-mail or call (413) 599-0421. Please be sure to state the nature of the problem and if you are receiving an error message, include the complete error message.
